Recent contracts include:
- Analysing pupil performance and progress in the secondary sector.
- Reviewing the systems, processes and organisation of a Data Team in a LEA.
- Training senior educationalists unfamiliar in project based approaches.
- Facilitator for a series of workshops that shaped the role of the managed service provider for a new government authority. This is a £27million project that will see the role
out of SMART cards to 500,000 security staff in the UK.
- Project Manager. Development of Corporate Website to handle the selection and booking of events and take payment by credit card.
- Project Manager for the implementation of a crew scheduling system for Deutsche Bahn (German Railways).
- Project manager for a complex project that modernised passenger information systems using various technologies including call-centre, GIS, database, web.
