• Audit current whole school or LEA issues, and devise and deliver comprehensive professional development programmes for individuals and teams with a focus on leadership skills.
  
  
• Support schools, both collectively and individually, to build leadership capacity and capability.
  
  
• Support Local Authorities in improving the quality of leadership in schools and, where appropriate, in creating and delivering programmes related to LIG funding.
  
  
• Help schools develop processes and systems which underpin effective leadership at all levels.
  
  
• Pursue a unique model for the management and delivery of our work. This model is administered by us, but guarantees you clarity of purpose, and agrees intended outcomes.
  
  
• Use professional facilitation techniques to assist or make easier the progress or improvement of something.
