Education Leadership Consultancy

We are a group of independent education consultants who have had a range of professional leadership roles in schools and local authorities. We have been Headteachers, Second Tier LEA Officers or Project Management Consultants.

We work collaboratively to build and develop leadership and management capacity at all levels with individual or groups of schools and with local education authorities.

We customise our response to your requirements and pride ourselves on a positive and focussed approach to the needs of clients. We use contemporary leadership models and materials from education and business, and have a unique approach to the management and delivery of change projects: Education Systems Development Method.

Based in Sheffield, we operate largely in the North and Midlands, but will work nationwide and beyond!
